KBS Realty, a national leader in Class A office space worked with Clever.ly to launch their National Conference Room Exchange. This program allows tenants at one property to book conference space in another KBS owned property, anywhere in the nation.

With the ability to book a conference room anywhere in the nation, KBS created Airbnb for conference rooms.
KBS engaged us to design and development multiplatform mobile applications and a website to support the program. The project included the entire product stack from front-end tenant book experiences to a custom back-end admin, billing, and CMS system.
With clients who are always on the go, it was important that the National Conference Room Program worked on multiple devices and was incredibly user-friendly on all of them.
The National Conference Room Exchange experience has allowed thousands of businesses to leverage empty conference rooms. We love that this website has taken one small stressor out of many people’s long weekly business to-do list.
