With Genomic Cytometry, we partnered with FlowJo to design and develop a way to visualize an important part of the next generation of sequencing techniques.
Our site helps present complex information visually, highlights opportunities for new collaborations, and pushes the creative use of these new cutting-edge capabilities.

Genomic Cytometry has only recently become recognized as a reality with the rapid adoption and realized power of next-generation sequencing techniques. Researchers have been quick to develop new pipelines and these new capabilities are being put forth in rapid succession, from fields as widely dispersed as microbiology, fluidics, imaging and computational biology. While this will require careful validation the technology is potentially poised to provide paradigm shifting insights into cell biology.
This project is aimed at helping diverse fields become natural and necessary partners in the ever-changing understanding of single-cell biology.
We put a lot of work into making sure the mobile experience was as dynamic as the desktop experience with similar interactions and animation.
Genomic Cytometry is a great example of using the power of the web to display complex information and make new research connections. We’re honored to have been a part of this project and look forward to seeing the new discoveries this website empowers.
